CIVIL ENGINEER HISTORY
The broad area of engineering refers to the application of scientific and technological knowledge to solve human problems. The engineers into this concept exploit the crisis, reasoning and imagination to exploit the results of science, technology, mathematics and practical experience. The result is the design, production and operation of useful objects or processes. Among the various disciplines including science engineers displayed considerable overlap.
The term engineer was introduced after the wars of Napoleon. Until then there were only the mechanics of the body of engineer troops. This body has been extremely active and successful and for this reason it was decided to transfer the expertise and experience in classical academia. Engineers graduating from civilian universities called "political" engineers (anglisti «civil engineer», the English translation of civilization mechanics which means "cultural engineers") to distinguish them from the army engineers.
